Unable to see Device lists both inside Azure and the Intune Portal

Hello Team,

In my test tenant, whenever I am logging to the Azure portal, I can see that the below mentioned entries are grayed out.

Although I have Global Administrator role.

Since the option is grayed out in Azure portal, I thought to check the "Devices" from the Intune portal.

Intune Portal also shows similar error that "Something went wrong".
