sandbox is missing

Exercise - Create a web app in the Azure portal says that the Sandbox activated with the time remaining. Also says I have 1 of 10 sandboxes available. If I select to create a web app there is no resource group to select in the drop down list

    To resolve I had to change directories from my default to learning
