How to modify the relevant service accounts of a developed SharePoint website during the construction process, switching from child domain users to parent domain users

I have a developed SharePoint website that provides related functions for subdomain accounts, and SQL and SharePoint product configurations all use subdomain account A. At present, I hope to use the parent domain account for SQL and SharePoint product related configurations, and ensure that the child domain account can still access the SharePoint website normally. What do I need to do? Modify the Windows service account as the parent domain account or modify the service account of the application pool in IIS? Do you have any reference materials? thanks.
