Certificate Download issues

Respected sir/mam,

I have completed my AZ-900 exam and i have passed the exam but unable to view my certificate in the certification menu and its showing connect the certification portal please solve my issue

    You can find it under the certification tab of the learning profile after 48 hours.

    The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
