@Anirban Guha Majumdar Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to help!
It seems like you have created a new Azure AD tenant and switched to it using the Azure portal. This is a common practice when you want to separate your Azure resources and subscriptions from your personal email ID and create a dedicated environment for your organization.
When you create a new Azure AD tenant, it is a separate instance of Azure AD that is dedicated to your organization. You can then add users, groups, and applications to this tenant and manage their access to your Azure resources and subscriptions.
After creating the new Azure AD tenant, you can switch to it using the Azure portal by clicking on your email address in the upper right corner and selecting "Switch directory". This will allow you to manage your Azure resources and subscriptions in the context of the new tenant.
Please note that switching to a new Azure AD tenant will not automatically move your existing subscriptions to the new tenant. You will need to transfer the ownership of your subscriptions to the new tenant if you want to manage them in the context of the new tenant. You can do this by following the instructions in the following link:

Hope this helps. If this doesn't help resolve your issue, you may contact Azure subscription management support by creating a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
