System.OutOfMemoryException when create the Office Online Server farm

Question

I installed Office Online Server (SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_64Bit_ChnSimp_-6_OfficeOnlineSvr_MLF_X21-90447.ISO) on Windows Server 2016. The installation went fine but when I try to create a farm, I get the following error:

If there a way to fix this issue?

Hi,

Please try to add a new key called "Microsoft Office Web Apps" under "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\eventlog" to let security settings allow the creation of an Office Web Apps farm.
