Azure Data Explorer dashboard

Hi Friends,

I am new to Azure Synapse Analytics. I have deployed my Synapse workspace and also Data Explorer. I have ingested a CSV file. When I click on "Dashboard" in Azure Data Explorer page, I get an error: ""Unexpected server error"

Could you please help me how can I have report and analysis based on my data in dashboard.

Can you explain your setup a bit more? More information lead to better answers from our community members, and I think something went wrong when posting the image.

Hi @Wilko van de Velde As a matter of fact I deleted my resource group. I dont have the screenshot now. However, while opening Azure Data Explorer page, I can enter sections Query, Cluster, .... But while trying to open Dashboard I get the error "Unexpected server error". I created a Synapse workspace. Then I loaded a CSV file as input.

It could be a permissions issue, Could you please check if your account has the correct permissions to access the resources in synapse?

I don't think the trial subscription is causing an issue here. Could you please provide more details about the error message you're receiving? I'm unable to see the error screenshot in your question.

Hi.

Yes I think the trial tier does not work here. Here is the exact error: ""Unexpected server error". As a matter of fact I was choosing a wrong solution. "Azure Synapse Analytics" works well with my subscription. I did not need to enter Azure Data Explorer whose dashboard was not accessible for me.
