Unable to use laptop after wiping from Intune

We wiped a laptop in intune in order for it to be repurposed as a home computer. After wipe however, laptop is now unable to reboot and unable to be factory reset. Receives following error:

I have tried all fixes I can think of including image restore command prompt and trying to reset from dell itself.

    For your issue, you can try rebooting the device a few more times and if the problem persists, it is recommended that you reinstall the system.
