How can I resolve the "Unavailable Backends" issue occurring in Azure Front Door Resource Health?

Service Type : Front Door Standard and Premium
Summary : Everything seems to be working fine, but in Resource Health, it appears as follows. Unavailable (Unplanned) One or more of your Front Door/CDN profiles backends are responding with errors to health probes. The backends associated with this Front Door/CDN profile are not responding to health probes with the expected status.
I've checked the metrics but haven't found any issues.
I currently believe the situation is due to Azure's problem. How can I resolve this?
