First, the More details might have some more information leading to this problem.
Second, I have seen a similar post online and it looks like a conditional access policy was the root cause for the message. Perhaps a CAP was initiated and is blocking you from access this resource.
I recommend going to Microsoft Entra ID and checking your Sign-in/Audit Logs on your account to check what is blocking your attempt to see what exact policy it is related to.
