Hi @Rahim Molvani ,
The error message "No exact match was found. The URL may be invalid, you don't have permission to access this location, or the location is not indexed by Search" indicates that the URL you entered may not be valid or indexed by Search. It's possible that the published URL "https://mysite.abc.com/personal/abc_xyz" is not in the My Site host in user profile, which could be causing the issue.
You mentioned that the internal URL of the above URL as "[http://sp19-app:15285/personal/abc_xyz]" gets resolved. This could be because the internal URL is in the My Site host in user profile.
To resolve the issue, you may need to add the published URL to the My Site host in user profile. You can follow the instructions in the "Plan for My Sites in SharePoint Server" article to configure My Sites and add the URL to the preconfigured content source or create a separate content source to crawl only the profile store.
