I am the lead for a tenant to tenant migration of 2,000 accounts. Both source (Fabrikam) and destination (Contoso) environments are using hybrid Exchange and Entra Connect (AADC) with premise Active Directory for identity synchronization. We need to have the Fabrikam premise Active Directory synchronize user and groups to both tenants (Fabrikam tenant and Contoso tenant) at the same time. This would be temporary until the migration is done, as the Fabrikam tenant will be eliminated in the end.
I was reading the supported Entra Connect topologies and I don’t see the one I am describing. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/hybrid/connect/plan-connect-topologies
What I am describing is in the picture below. Can one Entra Connect server sync the Fabrikam premise AD to the Fabrikam tenant, while another Entra Connect server sync the Fabrikam premise AD and Contoso premise AD to the Contoso tenant? This is possible and is it supported by Microsoft?

It's possible to syn object to multiple tenant but you should take in account some limitation mentioned in the link below:
For your information , you can configure B2B collaboration between your tenans , if you want allow some users from tenant A to access on ressource in tenant B: Configure cross-tenant access settings for B2B collaboration.

You can - as long as you don't have the same objects replicated to different Entra tenants.

Can you please help me understand his more? In our case we do need to have the same object replicated to both tenants at the same time. UserA would need to exist in the Fabrikam tenant and the Contso tenant at the same time during the migration. Are you certain that isn't possible?
