Hello, I am trying to understand if my users will be able to log into my VM if I download and share the RDP file created when a connection to the VM is initiated. I am trying to create a central location where my designers can access an online etsy shop to do their thing. Also, my marketing analyst is in Russia. IS Azure access still available from there?

Hello,

#1 You can have your users login, but your Inbound rules to your VM should allow for RDP access on port 3389 for your users to connect (unless you have VPN set up).

#2 You should be fine to connect from Russia, but as far as I know you cannot purchase new services.
