Sign in with a Microsoft account: If your computer is associated with a Microsoft account and you've signed in to a Microsoft account on that computer, you can try using that account to sign in to unlock your BitLocker-encrypted drive. Sometimes, signing in to your Microsoft account might automatically unlock the protected drive.

Find your BitLocker recovery key backup: If you or your administrator chose to back up your BitLocker recovery key when you set up BitLocker, you can try to find the key for your backup. Backups are typically saved in Active Directory, Microsoft account, or USB drives. If you're an administrator, you can try logging in to your Active Directory or Microsoft account to find the key for your backup.

Held by a system administrator: If the device is connected to a domain (typically a work or school device), ask the system administrator for the recovery key.
