MS Learn linking account problem

Question

Hi,

I want to migrate Microsoft Learning progress to another account.

The problem is that my current account has Work account type (AD), and i'm not able to link the account with MCID via Partner portal. So that I see the solution to migrate my progress to private account to link it after.

Please, provide me guidance on how can I achieve this.
