Outlook asking for password when network connectivity is lost with on premise Exchange 2019

We have Exchange 2019 deployed on premise. If for some reason Outlook (2016/2019) loses connectivity to the Exchange server (exchange server goes offline) we get a popup that asks for the users password. Can we disable that behavior somehow ?
We already have the option save credentials checked and the option always ask for credentials unchecked.

    If you have one Exchange Server and it goes offline, that sounds normal. Cache mode can help a bit, but if the server is offline, Outlook will generally not do so well.
    Using a DAG cluster will mitigate most of that since the database can activate on another server if one goes down.
