Outlook Calendar keeps changing my event dates.

I saved a whole-day event from April 6-April 10 with title "Trip to Dallas" and description "Total solar eclipse". when i save it, after a couple of seconds, the date changes to April 5-10. And when I try to edit and change it back to 6-10, it still goes back to 5-10.
