company stamp and sign detection

can document intelligence Form Recognizer be used to detect the stamp of a company as well as the sign of the user?

Azure Form Recognizer is a service that extracts signatures, text, tables, and key-value pairs from documents. Form Recognizer can detect and extract text from stamps and signatures, but it cannot identify the specific company or user associated with them. You can use Azure Custom Vision to train a model to recognize specific company logos. Using Form Recognizer Custom template extraction is an easy-to-train document model that accurately extracts signatures, tables, regions, etc., from documents.
