We still use a so called Entra Server on Premise to synchronize accounts, objects etc to Azure. (Hybride environment)

Is it a default setting that if a user changes hes/her password in Azure with a Sync. back to on premise that it will create a user folder on the internal Entra Server?

If yes can we delete these user folders "Let's say every 14 days?" because it will be quite filled up with these type of folders even if they are just 2-3 MB of size.

Is this something we can prevent these folders to be created?

    Hi Henry,

There is no configuration or settings that will create folders upon password sync or reset from Entra, I think there is some software or program that might be creating the folders can you share what type of folders are created is it unde document and settings or desktop? Could be some sort of profile management?
