Activate M365 Outlook Add Ins via GPO for specific users

Good day,

How can you activate Outlook Add Ins in O365 on a terminal server (Citrix) via GPO only for certain users?

Since we are currently in the process of switching to a new terminal server, we have 2 active systems on both users working at the same time. The GPO should also be active on both systems.


Terminal server old: Server 2016

New terminal server: Server 2022

Domain controller: Server 2022

    No, I mean an add-in for Outlook.We use the Connect to Outlook Add-in from Docuware to store and archive emails from Oultook directly in Docuware. If the add-in is installed, there is a button in Outlook to store the emails in Docuware.
