    Hi Wojtowicz, Wojciech (Contractor),

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

The error message indicates that your subscription is disabled and marked as read-only. This can happen due to various reasons such as expired credits, reaching the spending limit, having an overdue bill, exceeding the credit card limit, or if the subscription was canceled by the Account Administrator.

To reactivate your subscription, you need to identify the cause of the issue and follow the steps outlined in this article: "Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn."

For instance, if your subscription is a Free Trial or Visual Studio Enterprise, you may need to remove the spending limit or upgrade your subscription. If it's a Pay-As-You-Go or an Enterprise Agreement, you might have to clear the overdue bill or update your credit card details.

If you are the owner or Account Administrator of the subscription, you can re-enable it by following the steps in the Azure portal as mentioned in the "Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn" article. If you are not the owner, then you'll need to contact the Subscription owner for assistance.

If you encounter any future issues, please feel free to contact us, and we will be pleased to assist you further.

If you have found the answer provided to be helpful, please click on the "Accept answer/Upvote" button so that it is useful for other members in the Microsoft Q&A community.

(NOTE: Please ensure that all sensitive or private details are concealed before posting).

    Thank you.
