Unable to Connect to SharePoint Site

Hello,

I am experiencing intermittent issues connecting to a SharePoint site through Teams and SharePoint Online. Although I have permission to the site, I sometimes encounter the following error message:

Via SharePoint Online2024-03-18 10_41_29-2024-03-18 09_33_30-LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console.png ‎- Photos

Via Team Site2024-03-18 10_41_42-2024-03-18 09_26_31-LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console.png ‎- Photos

However, I am not sure what could be causing this issue. Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this problem?

    Hi @TSHEPHO RAPHOLO,

    As per my knowledge, this error occurs when you open the site but you didn't sign-in to the site. You just need to close the browsers, reopen the SharePoint Online site and authenticate.
