cannot start the source application for this object in excel

I inserted an embedded video in excel files, some of our teams (Using windows) can open that video, but one of them (using Macbook OS) could not. Is there any way to find out solutions?

    Hi,

    What kind of file format did you embed?

    As far as I know Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) is Microsoft Windows technology. It is not compatible on the macOS.

    Try to open the file from the web and check if you can open the object.

    The video is in MP4 File file. I also try that way to open on web app, but it dont work as below:
