HI,

how do I set up a rule so that ALL diary invites go into a separate folder within my inbox? Currently i look after 5 diaries, and my inbox is over run with invites meaning I have missed a couple of important emails recently - is there a rule that can be set up so they all go into a separate folder, leaving my main inbox for actual emails? Hoping there's away to include responses to invites that have been sent from the diaries I manage, and those that have been sent to the dairies I manage.

thanks

    Hi @Katie Phizacklea

    Welcome to our forum!

For better research, I would like to know what the diary invitation refers to? Please provide a screenshot of the relevant (note to hide your personal privacy information).

In general, to set rules in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

    1. Right-click an existing message and select Rules > Create Rule.
    2. Select a condition, and what to do with the message based on the condition. For example, to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder, select the Subject contains condition, select Move the item to folder, select or create a New folder, and then select OK.
    3. When you're done creating the rule, select OK.
    4. To use the rule right away, select the Run this new rule now on messages already in the current folder checkbox, and then select OK.
