Hi,
I use Visual Studio Enterprise free Azure Subscription (free 140 Euro / month). My Azure web app was created an configured several years ago. It works good stable. I used SFTP to add some files.
Web App is hosted using App Service plan, Windows, SKU: Basic (B1)
Today I found this message on the top of Deployment Center / Settings: You do not have write permissions to make any changes. Deployment Center Settings are empty. Deployment Center / FTPS Credentials shows: Write permission on the site or the slot is required to view credentials.
How to fix it?

So, When basic authentication is disabled, you can't view or configure deployment credentials in the Deployment Center.
When you disable basic authentication, deployment methods that depend on basic authentication stop working.
See this table which shows how various deployment methods behave when basic authentication is disabled, and if there's any fallback mechanism.

@SnehaAgrawal-MSFT Thank you for your comment. Basic Authentification is allowed for both SCM and FTP. I have checked - I can upload files to web app with WinSCP. But I can't even see the deployment settings and FTP credentials. I now migrate to a new PC and need the FRT credentials.

@SnehaAgrawal-MSFT I have used 3 different browsers in 2 different computers. The result is the same: I can't see or set the FTPS credentials.
Yes, I can upload files on Web App with WinSCP on the old PC, but I need access to credentials to use them on new PC.
@Ivanhoe Could you please check if you have Website Contributor role.

@SnehaAgrawal-MSFT thank you! I found myself as User Access Administrator and Service Administrator of the resource where I lost my write access to a web app. I have added myself the role Owner and I restore the write access to my web app.
But it is nevertheless very strange, because this resource works for years and I always have full access to it. It seems something is changed here on Azure / Microsoft site.
