Azure MySQL flexible server not responding after failed attempt of server version upgrade

I tried to upgrade MySQL flexible server from version 5.7 to 8.0 but process got stuck(was keep on running for more than 60min), so I had to cancel the deployment, but after cancelling, I'm not able to update anything in server like updating server parameters, updating tier and sku, nothing is working.
I tried to restart the server but restart is also not working.

Could you please try upgrading using Azure CLI
az mysql flexible-server upgrade --name {your mysql server name} --resource-group {your resource group} --subscription {your subscription id} --version 8
