Unable to Select GPU Options for Virtual Machine Creation on Azure

Hello,

I've recently signed up for the Pay-as-you-go plan on Azure and am trying to create a virtual GPU machine under Machine Learning using the Standard_NC4as_T4_v3 template, which is the most cost-effective option available. Unfortunately, the UI does not allow me to select this or any other GPU option, thereby preventing me from starting the VM. My account region is set to US-EAST.

Additionally, a warning message indicates that I do not have sufficient quota for the desired VM sizes. However, upon following the prompt to view and request a quota, the Standard_NC4as_T4_v3 option does not appear in the list, leaving me unable to request access to GPU servers.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Many thanks,

    Hi Houman,

If you have the correct permissions on the subscription, you should be able to request the quota.

You can do it by going to the subscription, then "Usage + quotas" and the search on "NC." Remember to select the correct region you want the VMs in and then apply for a quota increase. I have tried to show it on the picture below.
