My DP100 has been rescheduled twice,need to switch to offline mode

My DP100 got rescheduled due to network connectivity issues,even though I had a stable connection with more than required bandwidth.

It's now scheduled for 24th of March and I want to give it in offline mode.

Please tell what should i do as I don't want to postpone it any further.
