If you're having trouble hearing others in your Teams calls and meetings, the problem is either with your speaker not working, or with your microphone. If other participants can hear each other well, the problem is most likely with your microphone.
For the best performance, make sure you have the latest version of Teams and the most recent Windows update or Mac OS update installed.
To use your mic in Teams, you might need to change privacy settings on your device or on the web to give Teams access to it:
1.Open System Preferences
2.Select Security & Privacy
3.Under Privacy, choose Microphone on the left
4.Make sure Microsoft Teams is selected
5.Close all apps and restart your device
