Is it planned that in Azure OpenAI GPT 3.5 Turbo is available for region Germany or Europe West?

In Azure OpenAI it is not possible to choose semantic search and GPT 3.5 Turbo for region Germany. Is it planned that this will be possible in the near future?

    Model availability varies by region. There is no exact ETA which can be shared now about the availability on mentioned regions.
