Conditional formatting > data bars > More rules missing

Hi when i got to conditional formatting, data bars it should say more rules, but this is missing any ideas why? Is it a version issue? Im on office 356 online.

Im looking to inset progress bars.

    Hi,

    It seems the feature is not available in Excel for web.

    I suggest you try to create New Rule with data bar option. If there is no data bar option, you should open the file from desktop.
