3rd Party A sends a private link service and I successfully provision the endpoint to 3rd party A. However I would like to another 3rd Party B to consume/have access to the same data I received from 3rd Party A. Please how do I extend this to 3rd party B?

A Service Provider can Approve a request and the Private EndPoint resides in the Subscription/Network of the Service Consumer.

If you want a Second Service Consumer to access your service, the Second Service Consumer must create a Private EndPoint in their Subscription/Network and you must approve it.

Both the Service Consumers will be able to access the Service you provide individually.

Hi Kapil,

3rd Party A is the service provider. I am a service consumer. I also want to extend the service I am consuming from 3rd Party A to a new 3rd Party B to consume.

3rd Party A - Service Provider

Me - Service consumer.

3rd Party B - Service consumer through my network.

I hope this makes sense.

I am afraid that won't be feasible.

Service Chaining with Private Link Service is something that is not achievable.

Only the original Service Provider (third party A) can extend their service to consumers.

As a Service Consumer, you will only get a Private EndPoint in your Network/Subscription.

You do not have control over the actual service or it's PLS (Private Link Service)

You should consider other solutions,

One I can think of is to make use of VNET Peering between your Network and your consumer (3rd Party B).

This way, your consumer can access the Private EndPoint in your network via VNET Peering.

See : Virtual network peering across Azure Active Directory tenants.

However, you cannot directly extend the PLS service to 3rd Party B via Chaining.
