Unable to configure periodic checks for missing updates in Azure VM

Hi,

I am trying to enable periodic checks for missing updates on Azure VM but getting below message while trying to configure "Updates using Azure Update Manager":

"The selected VM image is currently not supported for patch management with Azure Update Manager. Please use Automation update management for patching needs till support is available in Azure Update Manager. Check the operating systems supported by Automation update management here. "

Is there any way to make it work.

The message you're seeing indicates that the VM image you've selected isn't supported by the Azure Update Manager for patch management. Instead, It seems you may need to use a different tool until your VM's OS is supported by Azure Update Manager.
