How to fix "The subscription is not registered to use namespace 'Microsoft.OperationalInsights'.

I'm trying to deploy a web app and getting an error creating it: "The subscription is not registered to use namespace 'Microsoft.OperationalInsights'."

I checked my subscriptions and see this namespace listed but it doesn't give me the option to register it.

Appreciate any help or insights.

    Hi Steve,

If you have the permissions to do it, it should be as simple as clicking on the text and then register. I have shown it on the picture below. I had to select another resource provider since mine was already registered, but you get the point.

@Steve Brown In addition to what Martin mentioned, you must have permission to do the /register/action operation for the resource provider. The permission is included in the Contributor and Owner roles.
