Hi, my laptop keep crashing into black screen randomly, and reboot by itself. It's been happening for the past 3 months, randomly crashing and black screen. When I check event viewer, there's just too many error and i dont know which one is the problem, but some error code persist such as metadata staging, diagtrack-listener, and else.

Can anyone help? Oh and I've already reset the laptop into factory new, solve it for 2 weeks, and the occurs again, but this time even worse or more frequent. And lastly I've uninstalled MSI Companion and the MSI SDK. (Yes my laptop is an MSI, Ryzen 5 7535HS & AMD Radeon RX 6550M)

    Hello

There should be corresponding message recorded in Event Viewer\Windows Logs\System every time the machine reboot.

If there is error message (it may be event id 41) recorded when the issue occurred, it means there is something wrong with the hardware and if there is no bugcheck (bsod) occurred at the same time. We may check the power issue. Or we may consider to contact the device manufacturer support.

If there is information recorded, there is may be automatic task trigger this issue.
