Hello, all,

User's image Does anyone know how to solve this issue in a recently created VM Linux (Ubunto OS).

I have to install the Mobility Service manually ?

I was trying to set a FailOver, but it didnt work, error above mentioned.

Anyone know, pls, a Step-By-Step solution to this issue, pls.

TY in advance. Ubuntu 22.04 Version,, it should work no ?

    Hello,

    The error message seems to indicate that the kernel you are using is not supported. What kernel version are you using? (command uname --all) Azure does not support Mobility Service installation for all kernels.

    I think I see in the message the following version "6.5.0-1016-azure", I'm not sure the image is not very readable. If this is the case, the kernel is not supported, so you can't install the Mobility Service on this machine at the moment. The closest supported version in your case is "6.5.0.1015-azure" if I'm not mistaken. You'll need to downgrade to this version. However, this could have an impact on the machine's other services.
