i have win 2019 and on that Skype for business 2019 is isntalled. its a simple setup with only 1 standard front end pool. a ll other services are starting except front end service and it never starts i have tried 2-3 installations on different servers btu on all it stops at hte smae place with HResult: -2147467259 error. so something is totally wrong. has anyone faced it. I m usign on premises version. i even tried to update with the CU update whatever version. but still no luck. windows event log puts a vague event id-12306 A component could not be initialized. The service has to stop.
Component: Live Communications User Services Error code: 0x8007007F(ERROR_PROC_NOT_FOUND) but nothing we could do to fix this service. any help would be appreciated we are stuck for more than 2 months. all DNS, SSL Self signed certificates are all working. since all oher services are running.

Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?
Could you find other event ID error message from the front end server?
LyncServerLog.xmlHi Jimmy thanks for your question and thanks for getting back. I have attached event viewr. file. rename the file to .evtx and you can see all related events. I am very positive that some setup files or fabric files are incompatible but there is no other fabric file version that i could try and nor the front end service is starting. I have checked in so many sites but no help. Also i have installed in 3 servers different versions all end up with the same error. Appreciate your help in this. we have a customer demo on this after few days.
