My Certification details not displayed under my certification Profile

I completed AZ 104 Az 900 MD 101 certification last year. But I am unable to see those certification under my learn profile.

Certifications tab moved under Credentials. Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
