How can I create a Power Automate flow to create/move a folder depending on the status set for an item on a SharePoint list?

Hi All,

I have set up a Power App form for users to submit new project ideas for consideration to be implemented in our department. Currently, I have the Power App form set up to submit new items onto a SharePoint library so that each new project submission can be documented on an overall Dashboard. I am hoping to find a way that depending on what status a project has in the SharePoint List (ex. Ongoing, Closed) that a folder would be created in a corresponding SharePoint library so that I can store monthly updates for each project. When the project is set to close on the Dashboard I would then like the folder to move to the "Closed" project library. Does anyone have any ideas of how this can be accomplished? Thank you in advance!

Here is a reference flow, when the Status column is modified, a corresponding folder will be created in the document library.
