Cannot install DPM agent on domain controller

I have an on premises Azure Backup Server (V4) that is functioning properly. I was able to add a WAP server to it with no issues. But I cannot add my Server 2016 Domain Controller. I freshly updated the DC and suspended the firewall as instructed but keep getting Error 337. I even installed the agent first on the DC and then added it through the console but it would not attach. Any ideas?

2024-03-20T13:09:39.4466667+00:00 the answer that got deleted had some inference to communication between the 2 servers in the email...but I've tried everything I found online to fix...even turning on Remote Registry...would there be anything in the MABS server logs?
