Azure Documents Intelligence - Custom model training stuck in "running" for > 24hrs

Hi all!

Since yesterday, the training of a new version of our custom model is stuck in "Running". There is no error and no feedback. Can someone either help to resolve this issue or help to debug the root cause? Many thanks!

    Hello @Hans , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    Sorry to hear about the inconveniences that has caused, try to check the quota limit of the model. Generally, Neural models training count reset every calendar month.

    Please open a support request in the Azure portal to increase the monthly training limit.

    since there is no support to cancel the training, but you can delete the model using REST API. Here is the documentation you can refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/aiservices/document-models/delete-model?view=rest-aiservices-2024-02-29-preview&tabs=HTTP
