Try to ask your adminsitrator to reset your MFA registration. You should be able to add your account in your authenticator app in your phone:

I am writing to request assistance with signing in to my Microsoft account. When I attempt to log in, I am prompted to "Enter the code displayed in the authenticator app on your mobile device." Unfortunately, I am unable to access this code as lost phone, uninstalled app. Microsoft Account Email: elotmani.ridouan@taalim.ma

I am unable to provide the verification code because lost phone.

I'm going to try this for my syncing issue since a reset MFA might establish a whole new connection.
