Same problem here.
Working fine, then updated to latest version, started it and "loading" all the way. Menus on top all say "(empty)" (to the point I can't even see the about page to check version number). Trying to click "sign in" and after the message "Your browser should now open...", nothing happens.

Completely useless version. How is it even possible to put this into production?
