To initiate the exercise, click on the "Launch Lab" button, then choose "Start Lab" and patiently wait for it to load. Upon loading, you'll encounter the exercise page where it prompts for a password. Locate the uppercase letter "T" icon positioned on the right side of the page and click on it. This action will automatically input the password.

Afterward, click on "Submit" to gain access to the exercise tab.
You can begin by proceeding to complete the exercise in accordance with the instructions provided on the right side of the page.
