Yes you can have a impact , but you can avoid it or reduce this impact by checking:
- The network flow allows existing servers and workstations to reach the DC using the new IP.
- You have also check if there any application configured to contact this DC as LDAP server using its IP not FQDN.
- If the IP of this DC is used as DNS resolver on your workstations (DHCP) and servers. If it's the case you should add new IP as additional DNS resolvers in network card for each server and in DHCP configuration for workstation .
