Unable to delete Azure Stack Network Interface in Azure portal

Question

When I try to delete a NIC resource in Az portal, I receive this error, and the NIC is not deleted. The Virtual machine is already deleted.

<<NIC Name>>: admission webhook "deletionvalidationwebhook.infrastructure.azstackhci.microsoft.com" denied the request: Deletion of default/kmctest-nic-e9e0428c-3550-4061-82c2-068666182210 failed. It is in use by other resources. Resource type: *v1alpha1.AzStackHCINetworkInterface (Code: BadRequest)

There is also a logical network which can't be deleted, and I suspect this NIC is attached to it. I think there is something that the ArcBridge is trying to do, but can't. This NIC may have existed prior to the hosts and cluster being rebuilt.
