Legal name change not reflected in Pearson vue

I scheduled an exam for Azure certification and I was denied admission to write exam due to mismatch in Legal name between Microsoft profile and Government ID proof. I raised a change request and name has been changed in Microsoft account. But it is not yet reflected in Pearson Vue profile. I connected to the Pearson Vue's support team and they redirected me to Microsoft support forum to raise a request. Kindly guide me on this.

    Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.

    Hello there,

    In PearsonVue settings you are able to change your First/Last name there.

    1. Select your name in the top right corner and then select the Account option.
    2. Access your account by entering your username and password and selecting Sign In.
    3. Select the edit icon next to Name.
    4. Update your First/Last name and select Save.
    5. Once you have saved the changes, attempt to launch your course to ensure the changes have been saved.
