I am getting this error with other ms account. "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." I have only one work account.

Did you also register any other method of MFA? May be your Phone number. You could try to use a call or text message as a form of MFA if Microsoft authenticator app is not working.

I am not sure, it does not ask me to use mail or text message for verification. Only authenticator code is coming.
