Since yesterday I experience some issues with shared channels. Is there a bug known at Microsoft?

I didn't had these issues in the past.

  1. When I create a shared channel from the teams-admincenter, the channel isn't visible in Teams. When I go to the sharepoint-site of this channel and click on the "Go to the Microsoft teams-channel", it gives an error. Something with connectivity issues.
  2. When I change the name of a shared channel, so I can delete it en reuse the name. It doesn't work anymore. It says that the name is already in use. This method worked in the past.
  3. I can't create a shared channel in teams, even though I am the owner of the team. This problem is only with the recently created teams. In the old teams where I am owner, this problem doesn't appear.
  4. When I make myself owner of a team in the sharepoint-admincenter, the rights doesn't extend to the teams-admincenter.
  5. So then I make myself also owner in the Teams-admincenter. But this also doesn't extend to the teams-app. This makes that I can't invite people.
  6. A few of our shared channels doesn't appear in the Teams-admincenter, even though they are visible in the teams-app.

    And as if by magic - Microsoft have acknowledged this in the Service Health page - TM747440.

    @Julie De Wit

    Which client did you use? New Teams client or Classic Teams?

    If you are unable to create shared channels in Teams even though you are the owner of the team, it's possible that there is a permissions issue. Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Make sure that you have the necessary permissions to create and manage shared channels in Teams. You can check this by going to the Teams admin center and verifying that you have the "Teams Service Administrator" or "Teams Communications Administrator" role assigned to you.
    2. Check if there are any policies in place that restrict the creation of shared channels. You can do this by going to the Teams admin center and checking the messaging policies and Teams settings.
    3. Try creating the shared channel from the Teams app instead of the Teams admin center. This may help bypass any permission issues that are preventing you from creating the channel.
