Deploy rdl report from Visual Studio solution to PowerBI.

Is this possible? I know I can deploy to an on-prem report or Power BI server. I tried changing the settings in the project for the URL to a Power BI workspace then when I selected deploy I had to reauthenticate, that failed. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
